This is the worst Dunkin Donuts location I've ever been to. The drive thru wait is atrocious, even if there are only a few cars in line! Parking in the inconvenient lot, thinking you're outsmarting the long wait in the drive thru? Think again. You'll still have a lengthy wait. I order the same thing pretty much every time, even though I know better by now that they'll only have it 1/10 visits. (They run out of things you'd think would be regularly stocked &/or replenished.. by 8am.) I could overlook most faults or lack of product if the service was efficient and expedient (I really just want some coffee). But it's always slow and always arduous. I seldom write reviews for anything, even if I've had a bad experience, but waiting in line here gave me more than ample opportunity to write this one. Arrival time: 8:09AM Time my order was complete and handed off to me: 8:29AM

They took my payment. And then I waited while they served the guy who ordered after me. And then I watched the cashier make the coffee for the girl who ordered after the guy. Finally, I said (like I do every time), "Is someone making my coffee?" And as per usual, they asked me what I ordered. And because of the delay, the order was made incorrectly. I give up on these guys. I just don't get why it's so hard to stop giving me such crappy service.

This really is the Worst DD ever. I'm not sure how they haven't managed to kill somebody with their food safety standards. I've not looked in a dictionary in quite some time, but I can only imagine under the word "incompetence", you'll find a picture of this DD. Beyond that, I'm at a loss of words of how utterly useless these people are, to which is no fault of their own.... but rather the management/owners. Shame. -Two thumbs way down.

This is the worst DD I have been to, and I make a stop at a DD almost everyday. Every time I have gone to this one my order has been wrong. The coffee often tastes like water. My last visit there two evenings ago decided that I will never return to that location. We ordered an iced coffee with cream, no sugar and a hot decaf coffee with cream and a decaf turbo shot. When he repeated the order he didn't specify decaf, so we repeated it again. When we got to the window he forgot the iced coffee. We asked again if the decaf was decaf and a decaf turbo shot and he said yes. The iced coffee had a half inch of sugar at the bottom of the cup that when drank, filled my mouth with crunchy granules. Disgusting. My mother ordered the decaf coffee and needed a decaf coffee because not only is she incredibly sensitive to caffeine, but has a heart problem and needs to steer clear of fully caffeinated drinks. Since you can't taste the difference, it wasn't until she finished drinking it and started feeling her heart pound that she realized it wasn't decaf. She couldn't fall asleep until 630am and had to cancel her day-trip while on vacation because she was so exhausted and felt shaky. The staff at this location are either untrained, don't care or both.

This has to be the most awful location they have. We've never really had a good experience here, but it's so close to home we keep forgetting how bad it is. We walked in and even though we saw 4 people by the drive thru window, only the girl sweeping the floor acknowledged us. As we stood and waited, people behind the counter kept looking over and then saying nothing. Finally a guy carrying an iced tea came up and asked if we'd been helped. We said no and he said "I guess I'll help you before I clock out". Honored, sir. I asked if they didn't have breakfast sandwiches any more, he said the menu board was just broken. He didn't have a copy of the menu anywhere and could only tell us that it was "the usual stuff". We winged it and ordered sandwiches, a hashbrown and donut holes. He dumped the donut holes into a bag, plunked the open bag on the counter, and walked away. Meanwhile, the girl who had been sweeping was now mopping and she wedged her way between us and the counter to get a red mop bucket that was on the counter AND LIFTED IT OVER MY BAG OF FOOD. The guy who had charitably stayed to assist us walked over and plunked the bag with our sandwiches down and washed away again. It goes without saying that the food was mediocre, we didn't go for a gourmet experience, but it would've been nice if anyone there cared about their jobs even one iota.

I found a clean and updated DD! IT was even better when there was the happy hour $1 drinks! I highly recommend this DD. It is clean, service is great, and the quality of the coffee and food was spot on. Being from Mass... I know my DD. GO!

I stopped in for a No. 1 Combo. Person running cash register had a name tag that said "Brenda" but receipt says "Amanda." Place wasn't busy but she was acting impatiently and was not friendly...I felt rushed. The next customer asked for iced coffee and got hot. My food was okay...the service was disappointing. I live between the two dunkin donuts on 4th St...I will probably go to the other from now on.

Dropped in yesterday, not my first time. Glad they provide a bike rack in back. Wise use of small space, well organized. Sometimes there's line to the door plus the drive-through is busy, yet they keep things moving well. Get their coupons often, just one more reason to keep me coming back. Four tables with two chairs each, tightly packed. Bar row seating along south side of panoramic window, where it can get too sunny depending on what time you go. Five wrought-iron tables with chairs outside along drive-through entrance, which usually stay shady and pleasant. Drinks are a buck during the afternoon, enjoy with their delicious jelly donuts.

Awful service. The creepy worker "Kevin" would rather flirt than take my order correctly. Both my friend and I felt very uncomfortable, and after all was said and done...my order was still incorrect!!

Went here at 10:15am on Christmas Eve. There were at least 10 cars in the drive-thru lane, so I went inside. There was a line of 7 people and only 1 cashier at the counter, 1 cashier at the drive-thru and 2 floaters helping fill orders. As I got closer, I wondered if they were closing early or something because many of the donut bins were empty or almost empty. I only wanted a dozen donuts, but they only had 2 glazed left. When I asked if they were making any more, another employee, who I assumed was the manager/owner told me, "eventually." I asked the man how could a donut store run out of arguably the most popular donut flavor and he shrugged, which said it all about how this place runs. Save yourself the aggravation and drive to the Dunkin at the corner of 9th St. N and 62nd Ave. N. I went there and almost all donut bins were full and they had 2 cashiers working and guess what? No lines and no incompetence.

Very poor service! Tried to order a iced latte with a .99 coupon and the lady charged me full price. I showed her the coupon and she basically said she doesn't know what that is. Took her 5 mins to figure out change from a $20. Had to drive away with no coffee. Bummer!

Nice location, great natural light, relatively quiet, I think this is a pretty good Dunkin Donuts. They have about 4 tables inside that seat 2 each and a bar at the window. However, there are never a lot of people here that come to stay, so the lack of seating never seems to be an issue. There are also a couple tables outside that are nicely covered. I like all the flavors they have for their coffees. I think it really makes the iced coffee, but that's true for all Dunkin Donuts. It is cute how some of the tables are meant to look like donuts. There are huge windows and although the view is just of 4th street with a lot of passing cars, it allows a lot of natural light. I really appreciate how they do not play music. I can work and make calls in a relatively quiet atmosphere. The people who work here are really friendly. I can foresee myself working here more often when I'm in the area.

This location is hard to get through--- parking isn't the easiest and the drive thru is tight. Don't visit this location if you're in a hurry. They can be quick, but today seemed rather slow. Half of my order was wrong and being in the drive thru, we couldn't turn back around without a hassle to fix it. Overall, it's a chain restaurant, they're doing the best they can!

The dudes that work there are the nicest around, but the female employees are worthless. Each time I hear a girl's voice over the drive-thru intercom, I cringe thinking about the probability that they are going to mess up my order. The last time I was there, the girls failed to put the lid on my cup tightly and I got a surpirise bath of coffee on my lap and all over my car. After she did this, she just stared apathetically at me and waited for me to drive off.
